Carl Cohen has been the Parking Services Supervisor at Ithaca College since 2014. Since receiving his Master’s Degree in Higher Education from the University of Vermont, he has worked at six different higher education institutions in both Student Affairs and Transportation/Parking. His career in the parking and transportation industry began in 1992 when he became the Assistant Director of Transportation Services at Cornell University. In 1993 Carl became a founding member of the New York State Parking Association. In 2001 he left higher education and perused a career in the real estate industry serving as a licensed real estate salesperson, a Broker/Owner and Regional Director for Exit Realty USA. As a business owner and Regional Director he developed and implemented training programs to provide management training and support to member brokers regarding effective ways to operate their business and manage/motivate a sales force. His experience in higher education and the private sector has solidified his skills in setting a high bar for exceptional customer service. In January 2017 he was elected to the board of the New York State Parking Association.
